A visionary committed to advancing sustainable industries in America. Before establishing AgriShield in September 2023, Chaz gained experience in the solar energy sector, which inspired him to explore innovative solutions in agriculture and construction.

Laura Mai Gainor

Performance and people-driven leader with a background as a business analyst working for Amazon Devices, Rolls-Royce, and Clifford Chance before starting her own marketing agency with a focus on organic social media for New York Times Bestselling Authors, Financial Service Advisors, and companies in the Building Industry generating over 25 million organic views.

Buster Brown

Proven leader with comprehensive strategic, finance and operations background both as a Board Member and Finance Officer. Extensive experience advising and managing large finance and operations departments in both multi-billion dollar scaled organizations and fast growth entrepreneurial companies in dynamic and diverse industry environments.

Joan Robinson-Berry

Distinguished aerospace engineer and executive. 33-year career at Boeing, retiring in 2020 as Vice President and Chief Engineer for Boeing Global Services. She has been recognized for her contributions to aerospace and her advocacy for diversity in engineering.
